With over 20 years’ experience in residential and commercial lending, Eric leads the team at Thomas Mortgage Brokers with a focus on helping clients achieve their financial goals with clarity and confidence.
​
Holding a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University, along with a Diploma and Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, Eric spent 10 years with a Big Four bank before establishing Thomas Mortgage Brokers in 2015.
​
Since then, he has supported clients across home and investment lending, commercial finance, asset finance, and SMSF lending. Eric is passionate about delivering tailored solutions and building long-term relationships through a personalised, straightforward approach.
